Novel RiNo

Novel RiNo by Crescent Communities is a 705,529-square-foot mixed-used development in Denver’s River North Arts District. The development includes 483 apartments in two buildings, with more than 11,000 square feet of retail space at the ground level. The east building will be a five-story wood-frame structure, while the 12-story west building is using an Infinity-frame structure over a concrete-frame podium. Future residents will have access to an indoor amenity space, a landscaped roof deck with a pool on the sixth floor, and a roof deck on the top floor. Denver’s Green Building Initiative requirements are incorporated in the design.
