Nexus – Phases 1 & 2

Project Nexus was the first data center project that Baker had undertaken in the DC market. This 60mW facility consisted of 195 Spread Footings, Continuous Footings, and Grade Beams for the steel structure, as well as 300,000 SF of Slabs on Grade with 10,000 SF of Slabs on Metal Deck and 38,500 SF of Site Paving. Baker’s scope of work also included transformer pads, generator pads, cable Bus footings and screenwalls for two equipment yards and eight cooling vaults.
