Brickell City Center West Block

The project consists of 43 Floors of condominium units, a 15 story slab on metal deck office, with free standing concrete core wall and a 6 story slab on metal deck mixed use retail. Baker was awarded the Brickell CitiCentre Foundations and West Block Superstructure (RISE Condominium). Baker placed the foundations for 3 blocks (East, North, and West), and also the concrete for the elevated slabs for the 1.4M SF Superstructure of the West block. This project was completed by our Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida, team.
