Project Overview
Baker’s scope of work for this 435,000 GBSF facility included spread footings, perimeter continuous footings, and stem walls for the steel frame / precast building, as well as 205,000 SF of Slabs on Grade, 230,000 SF of Slabs on Metal Decking, 1300 LF of electrical yard screenwall, foundations for electrical yard steel structure, and pad foundations for electrical equipment.
