4 West Las Olas is a 25 story apartment building constructed adjacent to an existing parking garage and consists of 261 luxury river front units located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The building contains 237,278 square feet of residential space with a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. 4 West Las Olas also consists of 6,000 Square Feet of retail space on the ground level available for restaurants, bars, cafés, or storefront shops.
