1401 Lawrence

At 311,015 square feet, 1401 Lawrence is a sophisticated addition to downtown Denver. The 22-level structure includes commercial space on the ground floor, with 13 floors of office space on top of an eight-story parking podium. The facility features 10-foot finished ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, 360-degree views from every floor, and outdoor terraces and balconies. The structure holds the LEED® Gold Core and Shell Certificate. It was awarded a Design-Build Institute of America’s National Award of Merit in the Commercial Building Category and the NAIOP Colorado Office Development of the Year Award. The project was developed by First Gulf, a developer based in Canada. It was designed and built by the Beck Group.
