The nearly 167,000-square-foot terminal for Norwegian Cruise Line passengers is located in Miami, FL.

The 10-story mixed-use tower located in Miami, Florida will feature ground-floor retail opportunities, Class A office space, and a 429-space parking garage.

The six-story, 291,000-square-foot post-tension structure will serve as the foundation for an eight-story, 336,000 flat plate residential tower.
