Wyndham Grand Hotel, Clearwater

Wyndham Grand Resort features two 16-story towers over parking with a common podium connecting the towers. The project houses 450 hotel guest rooms and vacation ownership units and is situated on the north end of the prominent Beach Walk in the heart of Clearwater Beach. The project is one of the largest hotel resorts in the market with approximately 24,000 square feet of event space, it also houses one of the largest banquet and meeting facilities in Florida’s Pinellas County. The development generated more than 1,900 jobs for the area. This project was completed by our Tampa, Florida, team.
