Project Overview
The Kierland Financial Center is a five-story, 175,000-square-foot office building with a one-story below-grade tenant garage and a two-story exterior garage. The architecture is clad in Peruvian sandstone with metal trellises and glass-covered balconies. The dramatic lobby includes natural wood ceilings and Italian granite.
