The Banks Phase II

Located near Paul Brown Stadium, at the corner of Second and Vine, Phase II of The Banks consists of approximately 20,000 sf of retail, 145,000 sf of parking structures, and 330,000 sf of Multi-Family Residential Apartments.

The retail and parking deck areas are made up of cast-in-place concrete, with seven-stories of residential space made from an Infinity Structure System. With the completion of Phase II, The Banks became the largest mixed-use development in the region, housing well over 3,000 residents.
