River Landing

Baker was contracted by Balfour Beatty to build the River Landing Shops & Residence project. The 8.14-acre project consists of 2,600,000 square feet of mixed-use space. The development features 2 apartment towers with 528 units overlooking the Miami River, a 12-story garage with over 2,000 parking spaces, and over 370,000 square feet of retail space. The project required over 110,000 cubic yards of concrete, 9,100 tons of reinforcing, and over 2,000,000 pounds of post tension cables. This project was completed by our Fort Lauderdale, Florida, team.
