This 32 mW Data Center consisted of Grade Beam & Pile Caps Foundations sitting atop caissons, 150,000 SF of Slabs on Grade, 120,000 SF of Toppings on Precast, and a Generator Yard inclusive of Turndown Equipment Pads, Cable Bus Trenches, and Screenwall Foundations.  This was the second building on the same site, and Baker continued right into the foundations of VA5 at the tail end of this project.

This project, the third 32mW facility on this Loudoun County Campus formerly owned by Raging Wire, included 250,000 GBSF and two Electrical Yards. Baker’s scope of work included Caisson Caps and Grade Beam Foundations (performed in an early release phase), 120,000 SF of Slabs on Grade, 120,000 SF of Topping Slab on Precast, Electrical Yard Equipment Pads, Cable Bus Trenches, Anchor Bolts on Caisson Supports and Screenwall Foundations.
