La Colombe d’Or

The 35-story high-rise building is part of a larger development that includes the current La Colombe d’Or historical mansion. Originally built in 1923 as the Fondren Mansion, the La Colombe d’Or is connected to the tower via outdoor green space.

Urban Oaks Builders was the general contractor for the project, which was started in late 2017. BCCI provided all structural concrete. One major challenge of the project was the timing and scheduling of the shear walls that divided the deck.
