Project Overview
The Honeywell office and garage is a 688,000 square foot building with 12 floors of parking and an additional 11 floors of office space above. This project directly ties into the existing Riverboat Parking garage that Baker completed in 2019. Honeywell is located directly across the street from the Carolina Panthers Football Stadium. This project was completed by our Charlotte, North Carolina, team.
