Florida Power & Light Corporate Office

The new FP&L Headquarters is an 8 story office building and garage located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The contracted scope of work for this project consisted of three free-standing core walls, one elevated concrete slab consisting of two-way beams, six concrete slabs on metal decks, a cast-in-place foundation, and 45,000 square feet of slab on grade for a precast garage. The construction of the above items included fine grading of base material, forming, placing, and finishing all Division 3 concrete material including furnishing and installing reinforcing material. This project was completed by our Fort Lauderdale, Florida, team.
