Block G – 1001 Water Street Office

The project on Block G 1001 Water Street is the development of a 20 story office building consisting of a first floor retail component, a second floor Wellness Center, 17 floors of office space, a penthouse on level 20, a main equipment room above the main roof, and an elevator machine room two levels above the main roof for a total of 23 levels above grade. The building is approximately 440,000 gross square feet of enclosed floor area. Baker’s scope of work was the full turnkey concrete structure package. This project was completed by our Tampa, Florida, team.
