Aspire Fillmore

The Aspire Fillmore is a 254-unit luxury apartment building in downtown Phoenix. The 21-level structure consists of drilled pier foundations, a half-level of below-grade parking and six levels of above-grade parking, and two levels of amenities, including a pool deck on the 16th floor. The structure is a post-tension 8-inch slab design. It includes multiple different size shear walls and columns, many of which are exposed to view.
