Alta Sloan’s Lake

Alta Sloan’s Lake is a multifamily development with 200 apartment units and amenities that include a sky lounge with outdoor seating, a courtyard, and a resort-style pool. The 279,000 square foot structure has a total height of five stories and wraps around an internal, two-level courtyard. The project team overcame a dramatic slope on the site by creating a two-level, below-grade concrete structure for the parking garage. A mat foundation was also required to accommodate the high water table.
