This 12-story, 308,522-square-foot high-rise will provide private student housing within walking distance of the University of Oregon. The facility will offer 208 two-, four-, and five-bedroom units for a total of 685 beds. Students will have access to a study lounge, fitness center, rooftop pool, clubhouse, and more. The project is expected to be completed by fall 2022.
