300 M St is a mixed use rental property that extends 3 levels below grade and 13 levels above. Level 1 has both retail and living space, with living and amenity space extending through level 13, for a total of 457 units.
Level 1 was unique in the way we needed to coordinate the tie in of 30k SF of elevated deck with 19k SF of Slab on Grade. It took a massive coordination effort from the GC to every subcontractor, in order to not impact schedule.
Scope is all CIP concrete – mat foundation, footings, slab on grade, elevated deck, columns, stairs, retaining wall, pool walls, and topping slabs.
