Offering good benefits/compensation is one of the ways that we keep a leg up on our competition. We go to great lengths to evaluate the marketplace by participating in surveys and measuring how we stack up against other local businesses, businesses throughout the country, and businesses within our industry.
Above and Beyond the Standard Package
Unlike many contractors, Baker offers special benefits to serve the needs of our coworkers:

Health Care Coverage
Our coworkers can choose from two different insurance plan levels to meet their own financial needs. Though many companies have lowered the cost-sharing for those plans to a 50/50 split, we remain at approximately a 75/25 split in premium cost-sharing.
Baker coworkers may also choose to establish a Flexible Spending Account, which allows them to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their paychecks to offset eligible healthcare and daycare expenses. Furthermore, Baker provides a Coworker Assistance Program (CAP) that helps coworkers and their dependents maintain life’s balance.

Baker offers strong time-off benefits for salaried coworkers, including:
