Baker has been operating in Central Florida for almost 30 years. In 1988, the first trailer was placed at Disney's Contractors Row, and the Orlando-based office was open for business. Working closely with our South Florida Operations, the group handles projects across central and northern Florida including Sarasota, Tampa, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Daytona, and Vero.

Originally established to serve key clients and participate in the booming entertainment market in Orlando, Central Florida Operations now serves a complete spectrum of markets. The group primarily works on commercial and institutional structures, with some work in manufacturing and water treatment facilities. We have particular expertise in the hospitality, entertainment, and multi-family residential work that is a staple in Central Florida.

Central Florida Operations primarily complete total concrete packages, but can also meet all place/finish needs. To supplement these core services and enhance efficiency, the group provides value engineering and conceptual estimating, and works closely with our sister rebar installation company, Titan Reinforcing. As a close-knit operating unit, the group takes particular pride in their close, one-on-one relationships with clients and their powerful Incident and Injury Free safety culture.
